Starting a new day with a morning headache is not pleasant. Every morning while many people wake up at the beginning of a new day feeling refreshed, others wake up with a migraine.

This problem inflict one out of every 13 people, and studies prove that women are more prone to this condition than men.

The causes of this problem are often the result of anxiety or depression, obstructive sleep apnea, sleep bruxism, or alcohol. This brief article discuss the catalysts of this headache causes, as well as provides cures.
